The Purse-Back Bucket Bag

What in the world is a purse-back? It's what I call the purse I was recently gifted, the Opening Ceremony bucket bag because it can be both a purse and a backpack! I have been hunting for the perfect black bucket bag for over a year, and in the end I wasn't able to find what I was looking for within my price range. What it took was an attentive and generous partner Jonizzle, and the secret consultation of our street-wear/hats/errything fashion guru MISTAH SU-LO JAMZ to complete my mission for me. Read on for the best (for me) anniversary present ever.

Hat Trick Pt. IV: Apolis

Before you harp on me about there being four parts to my Hat Trick series instead of the three that there should be (it's a soccer term for those who are totally confused), hear me out. The pun was just too good to pass up, and the hat is too good looking to edit it down to only three. I think that's pretty understandable, no?

Hat Trick Pt. III: David & Young

Happy Monday! Here it is, part three of the Hat Trick series. *insert punny soccer comment* If you missed the previous posts, here's Pt. I: Brixton  and Pt. II: Mitchell & Ness by Hall of Fame. The third hat I'm featuring is a wide-brimmed, round-topped, floppy hat by David & Young.

Hat Trick Pt. II: Mitchell and Ness by Hall of Fame

Up next on my series of Fall hats (check out Pt. I here) is a snapback. Snapbacks are my go-to hat for bad and lazy hair days aka most days. They are great for shielding my face from the sun when I'm working on set. I also like that I'm able to snap the hat onto my purse when I don't want to wear it indoors or my backpack to save space when traveling. A functional accessory? Perfect.

Hat Trick Pt. I: Brixton

That's it- I'm inducing Fall by wearing jackets and sweaters. The heat waves in Southern California are keeping summer around longer than I would like. In an effort to usher in some cooler temperatures, I want to feature and style my favorite hats for this season with a post dedicated to each one.
